1. Services Offered
We provide event photography services for various occasions, including but not limited to weddings, corporate events, Videography, 360 Virtual Tours, Google Street View, Real Estate Photography, Product Photography, Aircraft Photography, Fashion Photography, private parties, and other celebrations. The scope of services will be outlined in the contract agreed upon prior to the event.
2. Booking and Payment
- Booking Confirmation: A booking is only confirmed once a non-refundable deposit of 30% of the total cost is paid and a contract is signed.
- Final Payment: The 70% remaining balance is due delivery date. Failure to make the payment on time may result in the cancellation of services.
- Accepted Payment Methods: We accept payments via bank transfer, credit card, or cash.
3. Cancellation and Rescheduling
Cancellation charges are as follows and are strictly applied.
Cancellation within specified number of days / hours stated below, prior to the scheduled shoot, will incur a cancellation fee of a percentage of the total amount due for booked services;
Specific timing and associated cancellation charges as as follows and are strictly applied:
- a. 4 days: 30%;
- b. 72 hours: 50%;
- C. 24 hours: 75%
- d. less than 24 hours: 100%.
Rescheduling: Rescheduling is subject to availability. We will do our best to accommodate a new date, but cannot guarantee availability.
4. Rights and Ownership
- Image Rights: We retain full copyright of all images produced during the event unless otherwise agreed in writing. Images may be used for promotional purposes unless the Client explicitly states otherwise in writing before the event.
- Client Usage Rights: The Client receives a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the delivered images for personal and/or commercial purposes, depending on the agreed terms.
- Editing and Retouching: We reserve the right to edit and retouch photos in accordance with our style and creative direction. Client requests for additional edits will be subject to additional charges.
5. Delivery of Images
- Delivery Timeline: Final edited events images will be delivered the next day other creative photography delivery depending on projects
- Format: Images will be delivered digitally through a private online gallery or via HDD, SSD, depending on the Client’s preference. (HDD, SSD may additional cost)
- Archiving: We will store the images for 1 year from the date of the event. After this period we are charging for files
- 6. Liability and Force Majeure
- Liability: While we strive to capture all important moments of your event, we are not responsible for missed shots due to circumstances beyond our control (e.g., weather, lighting conditions, restrictions from venue, etc.).
- Force Majeure: In the event that we are unable to fulfill our obligations due to circumstances beyond our control (e.g., illness, accidents, acts of God, etc.), we will refund the deposit and any other payments made or arrange for an alternate photographer where possible.
6. Client Responsibilities
- Permissions: It is the Client’s responsibility to ensure that we have access to the event venue and that any necessary permissions for photography (e.g., from venue owners, participants) are obtained.
- Cooperation: The Client is responsible for providing us with any special requests or key moments they wish to be captured. Lack of communication may result in missed moments that cannot be rectified post-event.
7. Travel and Additional Expenses
- Travel within Dubai: Travel within Dubai is included in the package price. For events outside of Dubai, travel expenses will be charged separately, as outlined in the contract.
- Accommodation: For events that require overnight stays, the Client is responsible for providing reasonable accommodation and meal allowances.
8. Confidentiality
- We respect the privacy of our Clients and will not disclose any personal information to third parties without consent, except when required by law or when necessary for the fulfillment of our services (e.g., delivering prints through third-party vendors).
9. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law
Any disputes arising from these Terms or related to the photography services will be resolved through negotiation in good faith. If a resolution cannot be reached, the matter will be settled by the courts in Dubai, UAE. These Terms are governed by the laws of the UAE.
10. Modifications to Terms
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Clients will be notified of significant changes, and the most current version will always be available on our website.
